We are very thankful for what Prestige has offered to our daughters! Our girls started at Prestige Dance Academy the first year that it opened, as we were looking for a change
and for a dance studio which suited their needs. Over the years we have been continually impressed by Miss Amanda and her staff, and are thrilled to have our daughters aspire to be like them! Prestige has offered them the opportunity to grow through their love of dance, both in confidence and skill. Prestige has been a great choice for us!

I am so utterly impressed by Prestige Dance Academy that I am at a bit of a loss for words – and this is supposed to be a testimonial! But, every possible positive thing that could be said about the academy itself, the staff and the owner has been well documented through past testimonials and even media coverage - that north wall of the studio is amazing Miss Amanda. If you haven’t been to the studio yet, go there and read the numerous articles and see the beautiful faces of excited young dancers. All the testimony that you could ever hope for is on that north wall but my own personal testimonial is this: I couldn’t agree more with all of it.
My daughter is now in her third year of dance at Prestige and she is a five and a half year old kindergartner. She has participated in two recitals, she puts on “dance shows” at family gatherings and in kindergarten on her VIP day she declared that when she grows up she wants to be a “professional ballerina”. Clearly, dancing and the positive experience at Prestige have made a strong impression my daughter’s young life.

I can remember when Ms. Amanda started her dance studio. At that time, she was working on her business degree at Mount Royal College. I could not believe it when she told me she was nineteen years of age. My first impression of Ms. Amanda was a positive one. She was motivated to complete school, and she was driven to ensure that her dance studio would be a success. I knew at that time, I wanted my girls, Alysha and Haley, to be exposed to Ms. Amanda.

I look back over the last five years that we have been with Ms. Amanda and her impact on my children’s lives has been immense. Not only do my children enjoy dance, but they are also gaining key skills that are essential to leading a successful life. Key skills such as hard work, confidence, respect, and teamwork are all a part of what Ms. Amanda teaches in her classes.

My girls never want to miss a dance class. In fact, in summer, when there are no dance classes, Alysha and Haley sit in anticipation for the video of the year-end concert. Once they receive it, they are in front of the television learning all the dances that were performed at the year-end concert.

Like all great teachers, Ms. Amanda is a role model and a mentor to all she teaches. She is hard working, confident, and sincere. I am extremely grateful to her and her staff for all that they have done for us over the last five years.
