Miss Cydney is going into her 15th year as a dancer with Prestige and is thrilled to be able to contribute all that she has learned throughout her time as a student as a new teacher and choreographer!
Miss Cydney has completed many dance exams including her Advanced ADAPT Jazz exam where she received a mark of Honours, and her RAD Advanced 1 ballet exam receiving a mark of Distinction. She is currently working towards her RAD Advanced 2 exam and Solo Seal. To further her dance training, Miss Cydney has attended summer intensives at Alonso King Lines Ballet in San Francisco as well as Stacey Tookey's Camp Protégé. She has also received many awards as a dancer, most namely the Carol Nielsen Memorial Scholarship for Overall Top soloist all styles 16+.
During her time at the studio, Miss Cydney has felt inspired through her mentorship with so many brilliant teachers and she hopes to inspire others in the same way. Through the years, she has learned so much about what it takes to be a qualified dancer but more importantly, what it takes to be a genuine and hardworking individual.
Miss Cydney is looking forward to getting to share everything she has learned about dance and life from her time with Prestige and she can’t wait for the exciting year ahead with all of her students!
