Miss Jasmine began her dancing career in her hometown of Banff, AB at the age of four. She began training in ballet and quickly expanded into other disciplines including jazz, modern, contemporary, lyrical, hip hop, and tap. She successfully obtained her Advanced 2 ballet exams with both the Royal Academy of Dance (ARAD) and International Dance Teachers Association (IDTA), as well as Advanced levels of jazz and modern.
Miss Jasmine obtained Registered Teachers Status with the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD RTS) while completing her Bachelors of Science at the University of Victoria. Since returning to Alberta she has worked to obtain multiple certifications in various disciplines to better share her love of dance with her students: she is a Licentiate IDTA member, is certified with Acrobatic Arts and Progressing Ballet Technique, and is currently completing her ADAPT certification. Miss Jasmine continually partakes in professional development opportunities, classes, and workshops and to further her choreography and instructing expertise.
As a teacher, Miss Jasmine strives to develop a passion for dance through high energy and motivating classes and aims to inspire her students to achieve their personal goals.
